LEADERSHIP MOTIVATIONAL SESSION WITH AERCE

On May 23, 2019, AERCE contracted KiwiHouse to give a motivational talk for the attendees of the XXII Expo Congress of Procurement Professionals.

Ignacio Inchausti ‘‘ Tiki ’’ former national rugby coach and Brad Linklater, former player of the Spanish team, were in charge of recounting their experience and learnings from rugby. Tiki explained what would be, in his experience, the key values ​​to form great teams: generosity, humility, enthusiasm, commitment and trust. For his part, Linklater managed to raise the 800 people present to perform the New Zealand Haka in unison.
